Restoration Construction Foreman

Position Summary: 

The Restoration Construction Forman should be proficient in most phases of the general construction process. 

The foreman will be performing tasks from rough framing to trim work on various water, fire, wind, water and vehicle impact damage projects. 

In filling this role, the Foreman would work alone or along with an assigned technician according to the job requirements. The Foreman would also be responsible for completing the jobs on time and within the assigned budget. 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Performing High quality reconstruction repairs in efficient time 

  • Overseeing multiple jobs in different phases at the same time

  • Manage and organize jobsite materials and cleanliness

  • Detailed communication with Homeowners and Project Managers

  • Manage and communicate with employees and subcontractors

  • Responsible for getting specific job completed on time and on budget

  • Responsible for completing item tasks on estimate

  • Material ordering and handling at jobsite

  • Maintain assigned vehicle and coordinate with fleet manager

Requirements: 

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Ability to pass drug test and criminal background check

  • Able to work an average of 42-45 hours per week minimum

  • At least 2 years of Carpentry and related Trades Experience

  • Able to lift 50 pounds

  • Basic Computer Skills

  • Willingness to rotate into the minimum requirements for after hours emergency work

Water Technician 

Position Summary: 

Our Water Technicians respond and handle the mitigation of damages a home incurs from a flood or water leak within the building. This will involve assessing the damages for a plan of action, removing non-salvageable materials, cleaning and sanitizing, setting up drying equipment, then monitoring the drying progress until it is completed. 

 

While working on a water mitigation, a Technician may work alone or with another Technician depending on the size of the project and our daily schedule. The work hours are regular Monday through Friday hours, then each member of the water team shares an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.  

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assess a flooded building and devise a plan to mitigate 

  • Remove damaged materials, set up & monitor equipment to dry a structure

  • Ensure homes stay neat and clean during the project

  • Detailed communication with the Homeowners, Co-Workers, and Supervisor

  • Maintain company vehicle and coordinate with fleet manager

  • Maintain drying equipment and tools

Requirements:
